Paul Taylor is a filmmaker whose work subverts norms and defies expectations.
His feature debut Driftwood won multiple awards, including the Grand Jury Prize at Slamdance 2016 and his shorts, Succulent and Kiddo screened at top regional festivals, earning accolades such as Tallgrass Film Festival’s “Outstanding Screenplay” award.
Paul’s feature scripts Reruns and Anne with a Van have been recognized by Stowe Story Labs, Screencraft, Final Draft’s Big Break Competition and the Austin Film Festival.
His next short, A Very Special Person, premieres in 2026.
